Orange Belt Basics Kicks 1. Front snap kick ( front and back legs ) 2. Front thrust kick (front and back legs ) 3. Side snap knife edge ( front leg only ) 6. Side thrust knife edge ( front and back legs/ turn side thrust knife edge ) 7. Side thrust heel ( front and back legs/spin rear ) 8. Wheel kick ( front and back/offensive rear foot wheel ) 9. Roundhouse Kick (defensive rear foot wheel) 10. Step through rear thrust kick 11. Knee front 12. Knee wheel Combinations 1. Front snap to rear thrust kick ( straight or angles ) 2. Front snap to side thrust to rear thrust kick ( all 3 to 12 o'clock ) 3. Front foot wheel 12 times around the clock 4. Front snap to wheel kick 5. Low to middle to high wheel kick Blocks 1. Inward block 2. Outward block ( extended and vertical ) 3. Upward block 4. Downward block 5. Chamber blocks ( from fighting stance ... used in sparring) Stances 1.
